3. Ability to export the supplier list and supplier rules

   Ability to export the supllier list from the supplier tab including the supplier rules set for each supplier and the last invoice submitted.

   Partner ideally wants to be able to see what category, tax rate and any other supplier rules are set against each supplier as well as details of the last entry.

7. Match Purchase Orders with Invoices

   It would be great if you can drop PDF purchase orders into Dext so that it can match all the POs to the correct invoices and publish to Quicbooks all the ones which tally up. It would then just leave behind all the query invoices in Dext to be looked over before publishing. (I know you can do this if you raise Quickbooks purchase orders but we use a our own PO system).

11. JPEG to PDF

    There should be a way to change the type of file from a JPEG to a PDF within Dext. As accountants we often need to download and drag files from Dext into Caseware for year-end work and JPEGs don't work for that, nor do they print well to PDF. Thank you!

18. Payment method linked to shareholder loan account.

    Are we able to link a payment method to a certain account in Quickbooks? My main use case would be when using a personal credit card to make a business purchase, I would like it to be sent to QBO as paid and for the Credit to go to the Shareholder Loan account.

    Right now, the best method I have found is to send it as unpaid so that it goes to A/P. Then in QBO I record payments of the A/P amounts from a clearing account bank account I set up in QBO. And then I enter deposits into the clearing account from the Shareholder Loan account to bring the clearing account back to zero.
