  3. The POS invoices (eg. from Bunnings) line items are Tax inclusive. We should be able to publish these line wih correct tax code to Xero. Currently if no tax column is available line items then he they are published as GST Fee expenses in Xero.

    We should be able to select lines are Tax inclusive or exclusive.

  4. Under details the description maps to QBO but there should be a notes section also that does not map to QBO that stays in Dext. I know there is a notes tab but there is no way to know if someone has added a note or not it is not a helpful tab. It could be if there was a flag to show there was a note or if the note was moved to the details tab. It would be super helpful to have a spot for the expense approver to add a note in an easy to see spot.…

    1. Document Date

  7. When viewing Bank Transactions, I have the Sub-Account Column showing so I can identify which card made the purchase. When I export the list to Excel, the only columns in the spreadsheet are Date, Description, Debit, Credit, and Balance. It would be helpful to include all columns when exporting that data - particularly the Sub-Account so that we can easily filter the spreadsheet by card user.

    1. Ability to bulk select items
    2. After selecting a number of items and then bulk editing, ensure that the items stay selected after editing. Currently have to reselect all the items again to then be able to bulk publish.

  9. I would like to be able to close projects so they don't appear in the drop down list and no new expenses can be recorded to them. Right now, we can't limit what projects are available without deleting the project from the projects list, which deletes the project info from all previous expenses as well. I'd like to be able to mark a project as "closed" so it is not seen in the drop down menu for employees for new expenses, while still being able to pull reports for that project.   15. You must eliminate the software automatically asking you "Would you like to set some of the details that you've entered in this item as a rule for. Set Supplier Rules Maybe later" every time an entry is made. In my business, I have a different description every time for my vendors. It is how my job costs. This message pops up every time and requires me to push publish twice on every entry. It is the most frustrating thing and wastes my time when I have hundreds of entries.   17. Account number in Utility Bill
    We are dealing with many utility bills every month, and the account number is the main reference for us to book & report expenses. It's very helpful if we could have Dext extract the account number automatically.

  19. Can you make an automatic reply if a client tries to upload documents to a deactivated account?? We have just found out a client has been sending paperwork to his old S/T Dext Account, not the new account set up for his Ltd company... He was not aware.
