  2. I would like the ability to add a ‘sticky note’ to the image in Dext to provide more background info that someone searching the document might need after the fact. I don’t care if it’s visible in Sage or QBO, but its sometimes nice to draw attention to a change or a formula error or adding error on something submitted by staff so that whomever is approving the invoices gets the full picture....description field is not visible when I export a pdf list to my CEO to show what’s being paid on a particular pay period so that doesn’t help…

  3. I would like to be able to notify users that their info is incomplete when I’m working in Dext. I would like more ways to indicate follow-up on the main inbox screen....there is only one flag - I’d like to have a visible note field below it or beside it to say what’s missing or what’s needed
    Backups to OneDrive or wherever should include the category code/project/etc - if not, we’re just backing up an image of the receipt/invoice which is not very helpful if you are looking something up years later or if you ever discontinue using Dext.

  4. Extract payments from bank statement.
    Allow them to be coded up manually with say Account no. Then export each coded transaction to the relevant account in Sage as a SA. This then allows user to match SA against invoices in Sage

  7. When I have an expense, I do not want the system to give me the option to post to a project that was marked 'completed' in quickbooks.
    Example: I did a project named Anderson 2 years ago. Now I have a new 'Anderson' job, and Dext is still allowing me to post the the Anderson job that was completed 2 years ago.
    Solution: Only show 'In Progress' projects.

  8. Client list page show current month by default needs to be made customable to provide historic data at a glance for previous completed months. Currently can only do this by individual client.

  9. Could you please add field for Country of incorporation for Suppliers and Customers? ANd add it as table setting to Inbox and Expense reports too? The country of supplier/customer is vital for taxation purposes

  10. It would be great if there's a way to allocate a payment method to a category. For example, all costs with category X are paid in cash and therefore I would like to make it so anything with that category is paid to the cash account.

  15. It would be good if you only showed the vat rates for purchase on the costs tab and only vat rated for sales on the sales tab. This would make it easier when processing instead of accidentally clicking the correct one and preventing it going through to xero.

  19. Missing aperwork report - Add column to indiciate which bank account the transaction was in. Also, option to include column showing any comments as per Xero discuss tab.
