Allow 'clear publishing data' of approved items
Once items are approved, allow the 'clear publishing data' option. Otherwise, for errors that need to be corrected, the item needs to be rejected and then re-approved.

I would love if there was a place to add notes to documents that are not visible to the client for internal tracking/informational purposes!

Be able to use company logo as the account avatar
Be able to add the company logo instead of having the company avatar be the first letter of the company name (`A for example)

Send images in bulk for Paperwork Match
Please can you consider having the ability to send matched paperwork over in bulk
When we filter out all the documents with a paperwork match it would be a huge time saver to be able to send the images across in bulk instead of having to click into each one several tiomes to get it sent over2 votes -

Assign a business unit to a category / GL code. Example - BU Finance will automatically populate if I select GL code 417

Purchase Order
I like that Dext can extract a PO number, but sometimes they aren't always numbers. Can you make this a more open field?
Also, now that you have the extracted PO number, this function doesn't work if you merge items. I merge our sales order confirmation with our invoices once recieved. However, I loose the purchase order function when this happens.

Bank transactions Audit trail/history
Bank transactions Audit trail/history to show where the bank transaction came from (bank feed or bank statement upload) and when it was imported, which user coded which transaction line, which property it related to, what date/time it was updated and what code was selected. Also should record subsequent changes. This should look exactly like the 'history' tab that appears on the right hand side when looking at cost items which is really good. this is really useful to see any changes.

Health Score display on Data Health TAB
When on the data health tab, you have to go back to the overview tab to see the score. this doesn't really make sense. the data health score should be visible perhaps as attached, enabling a view of the data halth as you proceed through the items.

Exclude/Dismiss Data Health Checks
Bring the Exclusions and Dismiss options into data health checks where they're currently not available. The Exclusions in particular being super useful, with a lot of folks asking when they'll be able to exclude certain suppliers from checks like the ABN validation tool (or at least dismiss the alerts that pop up frequently).

multilingual documents uploaded to Vault
I deal with a number of documents (loan agreements/contracts) which are made in 2 languages (one English, one not). Tried to upload it to Vault, it is recognized and summarized nicely, but the summary was made in Russian instead of English, with no option to change that except Google-translate the summary back to English :) it'd be good to set default language (e.g. English) for recognition of multilingual documents

Ability to resize columns
Longer file names are obscured by the limited column width. Would be helpful to be able to customise the width to display extra information as needed.

Export the Approvals list screen and add other columns to the screen as a CSV so that this can be used for reporting and accruals
Have the "Export" tool that is available on the other screens on the "Approvals" screen plus add other columns of data as well.

Rebate Calculation
For not-for-profit and charity clients, the rebate calculation would be incredibly helpful. It would remove the need to reclassify sales tax in the accounting software.
