Smart Split by unit cost amount and not total amount
Allow Smart Split -> split by line item's unit cost and not total cost.
Current feature you can preset the line item by typing in Description, category, Product, Quantity and Total amount. However, I'd like to be able to enter the Unit Amount instead of the Total amount as I'd like to use this feature to keep track of how many units are sold per line item which adds up to the total amount. Thank you.

Extract custom phrase
Would be amazing to be able to create a phrase for Dext to search for - my use case is in Uber and Uber Eats instances where the tip is added after the fact. We get two invoices autosubmitting, one for the original amount and one for the original amount plus the tip.
If it could recognize the phrase "Thanks for tipping," and note that somewhere viewable before clicking into the receipt it would allow us to be somewhat more efficient in adjusting the extracted amounts to be correct on them.

Made select of invoice Brand available in DEXT
Be able to select invoice brand in DEXT so that the sales invoice picks up the correct payment terms. It currently just defaults to the wrong brand, putting payment terms in that I have to subsequently remove in Xero

Is there a way Dext can identify or we can identify Direct Debit paid invoices to those that need to be paid and go onto a payment run? So you have a Credit Card Paid item and Direct Debit paid item (list) and a To be paid Item list

Allow app to instantly open camera without first connecting to Dext and loading app data
Currently the app will wait for a connection to Dext, then load current inbox data before loading the camera to take photos of receipts. This takes 5-10 seconds on a good wifi or 5G connection.
When the wifi and mobile data is turned off, the app can instantly load the camera.
The delay when loading the Dext app to quickly scan a receipt is frustrating and unnecessary.
The app could connect and load data in the background while allowing the user to add documents or load the camera.
Further, there is no guarantee that the internet connection will stay available…

Category Summary report.
It would be nice to be able to have a report section. In this section you could automatically have it total up the money spent or earned in different categories. By clicking on this report it would total up each category and give you a list of each category with their total $.

Add option in Cost to Publish to Purchase Order. Currently able to publish to Bill / Cash / Check / Credit Note / Credit Card
Please add the feature where we can sync our scanned documents as Purchase Orders into QBO.
Now we can only sync them into Bills.

It would be nice if the calendar started on Sunday instead of Monday, like most calendars. If you're looking to select Tuesday, you might select Wednesday instead because of where it's sitting visually.

In Team list , allow filter (or sort or search) to view list by role
eg so can easily see all practice admins or easily see who is listed as owner or expense approver etc
currently colleague list is sorted by name and that seems to be the only way you can view staff list

This would help allow very specific targeted rules to be set up for any submitted items with missing information in these fields if they are mandatory

allow reordering of workflows within approvals
Currently need them set up carefully in order with exceptions first and cant change if new accounts, etc become exceptions and need to go at the start of the process. Would be good if we could reorder as you would currently have to delete some or all existing workflows and set back up if you need to create any new exceptions at the start of the process.
