Notification
The Dext App icon should have an annunciator (dot) indicating that there are outstanding Paperwork Requests.

Thanks for your feedback!
Please note that notification behaviour is controlled by your device’s settings. If you’d like to enable or customise how notifications appear for the Dext app, you can do so by going to your phone’s notification settings and adjusting them specifically for Dext or other apps.
When a paperwork request is sent, users will see a notification dot with the number of unread paperwork requests and item messages.
