  3. I need products and services instead of categories as workflow options, can we please add this?? :) We don't use categories and to get our main approval work flow set up, I'm going to have to use 1 category and it really doesn't work for us as a whole. Products and services were solely to ensure projects would work via QBs but then over here aren't included in workflow approvals.

  4. I used to switch clients and immediately be in the "Costs" page. Now I have to do extra clicks to get there as it is going to the Overview page. I would like to be able to set the default landing page for clients.

  5. Bank transactions Audit trail/history to show where the bank transaction came from (bank feed or bank statement upload) and when it was imported, which user coded which transaction line, which property it related to, what date/time it was updated and what code was selected. Also should record subsequent changes. This should look exactly like the 'history' tab that appears on the right hand side when looking at cost items which is really good. this is really useful to see any changes.

  6. Just wanted to throw in a little feedback that I think could seriously level up the workflow for those of us juggling multiple clients.

    Right now, if a bunch of clients use the same supplier, we have to hop into each individual client file to tweak supplier rules. It gets pretty repetitive—especially when it's the exact same rule adjustment across the board.

    Would love to see a feature that lets us manage supplier rules globally—so if, say, multiple clients all use Staples or Rogers, we could adjust that one supplier rule once, and apply it across any clients that have…

  7. The invoices that are already within Zoho books do not show up in the supplier statement. These were posted previously into Zoho books and were not processed through Dext. Can we get a function to look at the invoices in Zoho books to reconcile a Statement in Dext.

  8. Enable client messaging for bank transactions.
    When an unidentifiable bank transaction appears on the bank feeds (such as a cheque payment) then it would be brilliant to be able to message the client via their app to ask what it was for, in the same way you can do for invoices.

  9. The QBO attachment preview takes up too much of the page. The adjustment feature is faulty, and it is frustrating trying and failing to minimize so that the actual transaction can be viewed.

  12. When inputting an unrecognizable date instead of Dext automatically setting the date to today's instead (similar to the suppliers feature) it could say 'unknown date' as the setting to the current date can beome confusing.

  14. The ability to add a supporting document to an expense report that doesn't have an expense amount tied to it. For example, an email that has an explanation of some receipts that is length, or a breakdown of a group of expenses, etc but don't have an actual line item amount to expense that is associated with the attachment.

  16. The amount that FIXER provides never matches what our credit card provider or our bank uses. IT would be nice to turn the auto conversion off and force users to enter the real cost.

  17. Similar to the costs archive, it would be beneficial to have the option to archive documents (without deleting them), and to automatically archive older versions of a document. We would benefit from two immediate use-cases with this feature;
    1. Being able to maintain records from a supplier/client who is no longer current who we still require records for, and
    2. Enables iterations of documents with annual renewals (e.g. insurances) where a document can be replaced with a new version and the existing copy is archived.

  18. Be able to add users to the Dext account with Vault access only. We have an internal contract administrator who would be using Vault for managing contractor insurances etc, who doesn't need access to other parts of Dext.

  20. I would like to suggest on the item details tab that you move the notification that there is a match higher up on the screen. It is out of view until I scroll down on the page. I generally work from the top to the bottom and it is frustrating when I see there is a match after populating the details. This would be really helpful I think
