Purchase Order field - include as option on Costs Inbox filter
Please could we add the Purchase Order field on the costs inbox page. I have to manually key in the information in the the Doc Ref in order that I can search for it. Which is pretty time consuming. Many Thanks

Filter by Min & Max amounts
When entering max and minimum amounts in the filter, if enter pressed to confirm the input, the max amount will be disregarded. In order to apply the filter you need to scroll down and click on apply.

Primary columns
In the settings menu, I have to unclick boxes for primary columns that I don't want to see, EVERY TIME I SIGN IN. These should be defaults. I shouldn't have to change them every time. Same for the expense reports. I have to do it there too.

Notes added under details tab
Under details the description maps to QBO but there should be a notes section also that does not map to QBO that stays in Dext. I know there is a notes tab but there is no way to know if someone has added a note or not it is not a helpful tab. It could be if there was a flag to show there was a note or if the note was moved to the details tab. It would be super helpful to have a spot for the expense approver to add a note in an easy to see spot.…

Date quick selection
Date selection. When selecting a date for a few years back, say 3 years back, need to click 36 times and on top of it, calendar size changes from month to month. Could you display year at bottom thet we could scroll and select?

Change name of Archive
Could you kindly consider changing the word archive to Processed or something similar. I didnt touch it as I was under the impression that if I put anything in there they would disappear! The wording in costs dont flow and thats how it didnt make sense. You have Inbox (all good), next in Processing (all good) To review (all good), ready (all good) and they flow, but archive doesnt flow with the others hence my reluctance to use it until I knew it wasnt going to disappear. Default Sales line template
Sales line default for all customers rather than creating sales line template for each customer. Majority of customers for some clients are different, however the format of the sales invoice is the same. This would be a big time saving feature that I believe would benefit a lot of bookkeepers and businesses.

Customised view (form fields)
Hi - there are a lot of form fields that we don’t use. It would be great if we could customise which form fields were shown as default. That would make things a little quicker and we’d make fewer mistakes, as we’d only display the required fields.

File Manager to organise documents
Can you add a file manager so we staff can submit documents through the app and we can store them as a file manager, apart from sales invoice bills and receipts.

Clients with multiple companies
I have some clients with more than 1 company and they often upload a receipt to the wrong company. It would be very handy if a receipt could be moved to another company, the same way it can be moved to Sales/Costs

new main screen
the "new" login screen for accountants is awful - I have to click "old client list" each time... will you reverse this back to normal soon??

Personalized Payment list
Restrict the list of Payment (in the payment drop downs) to what I use - not every random payment method extracted off any payment made by anyone in the company!

Bug - column sort doesn't work
Make the sort feature actually sort the contents correctly. For instance, I have three payment methods, when I do a sort on that column, they should be grouped - they are not. Even dates aren't entirely accurate when sorting by date.

Add Product/Service column to the Costs overview table
Add Prodcuts/Services to the Cost "overview" table for easily assigning them quickly to costs without having to click into the cost itself. Right now we can see the Category in the 'table view' but not the Product/Service. Why is this? It would save a lot of time to not have to click into each cost to do this. Thanks!
