Simple calculation in the active cell like we can in Quickbooks
Adding the ability to make a calculation directly in the cell like in QuickBooks, would save me hours of time. I think it would be a big step in helping accountants like me be more efficient.

ability to enlarge document viewing pane.
the ability to customize screensize beyond current parameters. Would like to have data entry area smaller so that the document is more easily visible without so many additional clicks to enlarge or make full screen. It all takes of my time.

Show the number of the documents in each workspace.
The workspaces tabs (Costs, Sales, Expense Reports, Bank) should show how many documents in total between the name and the chevron.

Adding box for freight in amount section
Include a separate box in the amount section to put in freight charges instead of needing to add a line item each time. It would make entering the invoices more efficient. As my clients have freight a lot more than taxes on their invoices.

Have the clients in alphabetical order when adding a colleague
When adding a colleague and giving them access to clients they need to be in aplhabetical order

Have the option to group clients in subgroups
Have the option to group cetain clients so when Partners click on the group only those clients appear.

Detailed summary filter for items and their fields
Have the option to filter the item's by relevant fields and have a summary for them. For example, have a summary of the total amounts for items from a certain category like what we can do with HMRC clients under Partners.

Due date and Statement date fields
When uploading statements, currently there is no option to have the statement date and the due date populate. These two dates can and mostly are different and if there was an option to be able to have both of those fields available, this would make it easier for accounts accrual, as well as being able to track future payments. Thank you.
