  3. Hi, we currently have a Dext subscription that we use for staff expense claims, and we've set up specific users for approval. However, all expenses for approval are currently being routed to one inbox (expense list). Is there a way to configure this so that each approval user has their own individual inbox, ensuring that only expenses assigned to them are visible for approval?

  4. Monthly/Weekly re-occuring expense option to avoid having to add/upload the same receipt/contract every month. This is especially useful for rental contracts (eg. office) where the details remain the same.

  5. When an employee does not have a receipt for a transaction on their credit card, they complete an expense recognition form which explains what the expense was for, and why they didn't have a receipt.

    • Notes/description aren’t always saved when completed on phone, when view on laptop you need to input again - this was time consuming
    • I needed to go back through submission history and manually restore invoices, to do this you have to manually open each expense as there is no way of cross referencing if you have more than 1 invoice from 1 supplier (again took quite some time)
    • Also if you move an expense to Personal instead of RBS or vice verca you can’t switch between accounts/expense reports meaning you need to delete the claim and start again e.g I submit…

  10. the description box is always manually entered when checking the invoices that have been uploaded to dext
    the description box should contain details of what the billing period is or what expenses have been bought as otherwise without this detail how can the expense be allocated to the correct account in the purchases/ expenses ledger within the accounts? if this box is not manually filled at the time of checking then at the accounts stage the invoice will have to be located, opened and then it can be allocated to the correct place. the person finalising the accounts should not…

  17. We have several projects running at any one time. In the iPhone app it would be great to select the Customer first then the projects list is filtered to only show projects for the selected customer.

  19. I would like to be able to filter for expense reports that have flagged items. Dext suggested the use of flagging items for our internal review process, but you can only filter for flagged items when they are in the Costs inbox. I would like to be able to review flagged items that are attached to Expense reports. We have the Effortless expense report option on for our employees.
