Dext prepare stats link with flows in Precision
We have set up monthly flows using Dext Precision and it would be great if there was an automatic check with Dext prepare to show you how many items remain in Dext for processing. This would allow us to check which members of the team are staying on top of their Dext processing.

Customize the Description field to have pre-populated options for users to select from
Can I pre-populate the Description field? So that when my user makes an entry, they can see the pre-populated text when filling a cost item?
I want to be able to have the user select the budget. We can pre-populate the description field with all the budget categories. The user only needs to check the correct budget category. But it needs to show up for all new cost entries.

Reject a submission/request revision
As an administrator and financial controller, I need to be able to 'send back' a submission to a user, from within the interface. Right now, if someone submits an order confirmation instead of a receipt, I have to d/l the confirmation, delete it from Dext, and email the submitter asking them to correct the documentation.

Improve searching capability when typing a code in Product/Code search box
I wanted to find out why dext no longer brings up the correct product when i put the code in the product/code box? I have to still search through the dropdown box to locate the one I need which defeats the purpose. It used to bring it up to the top of the dropdown box immediately. It has done so previously but the last couple of weeks it hasn't. I put in the exact code

Search/Advanced Search improvement
The Advanced Search feature should show up on the search function as soon as you go into the supplier list, not once you go into the archive view for a specific supplier. It would be nice to search ALL entries for a particular date range either by all users or a particular user. You can do it once you go into a specific supplier archive view and just remove the supplier name at the top, put in the date range, and user name but it should be easier to find than that. I would like to be able to search…

Bulk edit customers lists
Hi Dext,
In the customers list there is a Visible button. Please create a bulk "visible/hide" button. I would like to bulk hide customers and select only the few that I wanted visible. That would be much faster than what I just did of individually going down the long list of customers and hiding them one by one. Thanks so much! I hope this happens in the future! Sort the Supplier list by first letter
The problem is a quick way of filtering down the list to navigate your way to all supplies that begin with a particular letter. For example H you have to scroll on every occasion an amendment is made, if you are updating the information on DEXT as the systems returns you back to A each time. This is tedious.

Integrate with Xero Projects
Add integration with "Xero Projects" so we can send bills directly to project inside DEXT and not have to do it again in XERO.
