Deep link with accounting software's (Xero would be nice for me) essentially allowing from within Xero to jump back to Dext prepare with a link instead of having to trawl through archives in Dext. This can be useful for going back to Dext to see if there is any useful information about how an item should be coded for example.
If a client is uploading small ticket receipts which are paid in cash - if this is not picked up at initially entering it would be useful for whomever reviews the AR to be able to easily jump back to Dext and see who uploaded this and mark from there directors loan account say.
It would also be useful to then be able to message the client through Dext on this as then we can have a clear conversation on a given item with the whatever item may still be outstanding - Xero does not have this functionality.. There is also one other barrier that you currently can not discuss with client archived items in Dext but I think this chat feature could be very useful especially when paired with a deep link in to the accounting product.
