  1. Hi!
    Just a small suggestion. When I see the invoice or To Review, the amounts are shown with thousands separator and it is very convenient. But on an individual page there is no separation of the thousands. And in our case, being in Indonesia, where we always deal with thousands and millions, it is very inconvenient!

  2. It would be extremely helpful to see upload dates and publishing dates per transactions. AND to be able to search for documents by either of those two dates.

  3. It would be so helpful if you can add arrows/toggle feature on the front page for "Payment" as you do for "Category" and "Class" so I can make the edit on the front page rather than going into each upload. Thanks.

  4. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we are currently facing with our document upload process. Specifically, we have observed that there is no batch number assigned to either bulk uploads or single uploads. As a result, we are unable to flag invoices or add important notes (such as payment status or cost type) to facilitate their processing.

    This lack of functionality has made it challenging for us to efficiently process invoices from our inbox. Since not all invoices contain relevant flags or comments, our team members find it difficult to quickly identify and prioritize tasks.

  5. I don't like the new interface, it makes it really hard to get back to client view. change it back, this makes it so much more laborious to switch between clients

  6. Hi - there are a lot of form fields that we don’t use. It would be great if we could customise which form fields were shown as default. That would make things a little quicker and we’d make fewer mistakes, as we’d only display the required fields.

When I send a document that already exists in DEXT, I would appreciate no to receive "Unsuccessful document upload" warning message (which is quite stressful... as I already have trashed the paper bill. A difference message saying "Redundant upload rejected" so I know it is (then I check which document in the trailing text if I want.

  11. When entering max and minimum amounts in the filter, if enter pressed to confirm the input, the max amount will be disregarded. In order to apply the filter you need to scroll down and click on apply.

  13. Sales line default for all customers rather than creating sales line template for each customer. Majority of customers for some clients are different, however the format of the sales invoice is the same. This would be a big time saving feature that I believe would benefit a lot of bookkeepers and businesses.

  14. Add Prodcuts/Services to the Cost "overview" table for easily assigning them quickly to costs without having to click into the cost itself. Right now we can see the Category in the 'table view' but not the Product/Service. Why is this? It would save a lot of time to not have to click into each cost to do this. Thanks!

  15. Under details the description maps to QBO but there should be a notes section also that does not map to QBO that stays in Dext. I know there is a notes tab but there is no way to know if someone has added a note or not it is not a helpful tab. It could be if there was a flag to show there was a note or if the note was moved to the details tab. It would be super helpful to have a spot for the expense approver to add a note in an easy to see spot.…

  19. I have some clients with more than 1 company and they often upload a receipt to the wrong company. It would be very handy if a receipt could be moved to another company, the same way it can be moved to Sales/Costs
