  2. Approvals to remain in the Costs 'inbox'. To enable cvs uploads to our accounting package, the work is duplicated if we need to export from the costs inbox as well as the approvals folder. totals e.g. credit card are then harder to crosscheck given they straddle two exports. We will discontinue with the approval function until this is resolved.

  5. It would be really awesome if archived supplier statements could be linked to their respective suppliers in the system. This way, I could easily review them without having to search through a long list. There’s already a feature for invoices, so it would be great to have the same functionality for statements as well.

  7. Ability to set a rule and action on Amazon Import (or all extractions)
    Example : If Payment Method = xyz Then Delete Receipt
    I have receipts flowing from one amazon business account to more than business. Lots of duplication and manual deleting. A rule would automate that (for me ithe bank card used indicates which business it applies to ... but there is no means to direct them to the correct DEXT business based on that.

  9. I would love for the bill screen that displays in QBO to be adjustable. It's too big when you need to view the classing as well in QBO.

  10. I would like the ability to leave the check reference blank without auto-filling AND the mark the check with the "to print" status in Dext. Then when publishing to Quickbooks Online, the check would be labeled as "to print". All you have to do is click "Print Checks" in Quickbooks and the check would be listed there.

    Right now I have to manually go into QB, erase the long RB reference number, select the check "to print", and then go print. The way it is now, this step could be forgotten and someone could go unpaid!

  16. Please could you bring back being able to have negative VAT on purchases and sales. For example I cannot do purchase contra on a livestock auction invoice as the software simply doesn't allow negative VAT - I really don't want to have it split items out as it defeats the point of trying to save time.

  17. The ability to enter a clients email address with their permission .

    A function that will search the clients email address and Extract anything that says Tax invoices or statement.

    For those clients that it is difficult to get them to forward their invoices.

  19. The PDF report from Dextension looks cluttered due to all transactions being in one column. hard for clients to read. Please split out between debits and credits.

  20. In the old version a count of documents were given when draggin and dropping a bunch of invoices to Add Document. This doesn't appear to be the case in the new version. This count helps me to ensure all the documents I wanted uploaded were successfully uploaded.
