  1. Enable client messaging for bank transactions.
    When an unidentifiable bank transaction appears on the bank feeds (such as a cheque payment) then it would be brilliant to be able to message the client via their app to ask what it was for, in the same way you can do for invoices.

  3. It would be good of we could add a PO number to the individual Lines to enable multiple PO's to be processed against 1 invoice. Currently only 1 PO is aloud per invoice.

  4. I need products and services instead of categories as workflow options, can we please add this?? :) We don't use categories and to get our main approval work flow set up, I'm going to have to use 1 category and it really doesn't work for us as a whole. Products and services were solely to ensure projects would work via QBs but then over here aren't included in workflow approvals.

  5. Set up User Defaults in the same screen that holds their email address, phone number, manager etc.

    When users are set up there is a field where we can enter theirManager (for approvals). Why can we also not add their user defaults in the same screen. E.g. the default bank account or default school/ cost centre? Users should not have to go into Business Settings - Lists - Bank Accounts etc.

  6. Be able to Turn approvals off for a specific user by having an exceptions heading under the Apply to heading so you have a choice of either applying the rule to specific criteria or setting specific criteria to be exempt from the rule.

  7. Let me hide some of the tax codes. So my team only sees the ones they need. Right now they see a lot that they don't need but my finance team does outside of Dext.

  8. Sage 50 Canada does not sync with the Departments set up in Sage. This makes it a big inconvenience to post the expenses. I still have to post them directly in sage so i can put the expense to the appropriate department. In DEXT, i can only archive now as i need departments and there is no option for this. I suggest you make this an option in Canada so my DEXT and Sage can work together again.

  9. Once items are approved, allow the 'clear publishing data' option. Otherwise, for errors that need to be corrected, the item needs to be rejected and then re-approved.

  16. I like that Dext can extract a PO number, but sometimes they aren't always numbers. Can you make this a more open field?

    Also, now that you have the extracted PO number, this function doesn't work if you merge items. I merge our sales order confirmation with our invoices once recieved. However, I loose the purchase order function when this happens.

  17. Bank transactions Audit trail/history to show where the bank transaction came from (bank feed or bank statement upload) and when it was imported, which user coded which transaction line, which property it related to, what date/time it was updated and what code was selected. Also should record subsequent changes. This should look exactly like the 'history' tab that appears on the right hand side when looking at cost items which is really good. this is really useful to see any changes.

  18. When on the data health tab, you have to go back to the overview tab to see the score. this doesn't really make sense. the data health score should be visible perhaps as attached, enabling a view of the data halth as you proceed through the items.

  20. Bring the Exclusions and Dismiss options into data health checks where they're currently not available. The Exclusions in particular being super useful, with a lot of folks asking when they'll be able to exclude certain suppliers from checks like the ABN validation tool (or at least dismiss the alerts that pop up frequently).
