Extraction of quantity & unit prices (Under Edit Line Item)
Dear Management,
I would like to feedback on "Edit line item" features, which allow users to input quantity & unit prices (these two input are important for bookkeeping functions), which are well developed.
However, I was told that we are unable to extract quantity & unit prices to CSV for us to proceed the next step of bookkeeping work, which are quite disappointing, as Dext Prepare are designed to facilitate bookkeeping functions, but yet, till now we are still unable to see improvements till now.
I sincerely hope Dext can treat this matter seriously so that we can continue utilise…

landlord rental incomes
when one looks after a block of flats say 34 in the block and is dealt by the managing agent -the agent end of month produces a document giving income for say 3 flats and charging 3 management fees on the same document -so 3 rentals income needs to be split as do the managment fees--ideally with out having to split or convert etc

Delivery Note Numbers
Since you added Delivery note as a TYPE it has been a great benefit, as we scan invoices/credits and delivery notes for 10 stores daily. HOWEVER it would be less work manually entering the delivery note number if this was added as a new feature. To me it is like scanning an invoice without the invoice number. I hope this feature is an easy addition to a great program. Many thanks

Job ref Search
Are you able to add a feature where we can search for a job reference. We collect materials from many different suppliers we keep one job reference between all the Suppliers assigned to the job we would then ideally be able to just search a job reference and have all the receipts/invoices we need Which are assigned to the current job
