  5. Allow the End User to determine whether a duplicate expense entry is correct or not. With the current set up, the End User is unable to get similar looking expenses into the system and it's quite frustrating needing to wait for the Admin to review and approve. First they must notify the Admin that they are having this issue, then the Admin needs to approve the duplicate item, at which point the End User needs to return to the app to complete the data entry. This process is extremely inefficient.

  6. Dear Dext, love your product! I had a situation where I set up a client account and immediately added one of the business's names/email address. This made that person the "owner", and caused issues when I was uploading documents, as I had a choice of owner or none. Being new to Dext I did not change the the dropdown to none b4 I realised this. I went to change the "owner" to collegue (dont know if I have the right wording here), but found I couldnt.     1. Ability to bulk select items
    2. After selecting a number of items and then bulk editing, ensure that the items stay selected after editing. Currently have to reselect all the items again to then be able to bulk publish.

  8. Having different profiles for different users will help streamline the functionalities open to each user, this would ensure message would be catered whether it is end user or Subscription owner.

    Have issues where payment failures are submitted to all Admins, however for this particular Partner, main issue is one of our clients have is that they need some users to have supplier rule management. While ideally we want all our customers to pay on time, however, this is flagged that there could be more curated profiles and a need for something like that within an organization.

    1. Add Azure AD (Azure Entra ID) as a SSO provider.
    2. Add the ability to use FIDO2 devices. We use Yubikeys through DUO for our firm's MFA solution. I know that I can use the DUO app as one of your SSO options but the folks that use Yubikeys are dead in the water for your product.

  17. There needs to be an unarchived notification in both the inbox dashboard, as well as an easily visible one within the item. There also needs to be a toggle switch to disallow clients from unarchiving an item.

    A client recently unarchived a bunch of items and made a complete disaster of QBO. I didn't know these items were unarchived so deleted them and now only have copies in QBO.

    Please please please help prevent this drama for anyone else.
