Just hoping there is a way I can clear out the user list on the filter option. At the moment when I filter - the user list brings up all suspended users too. How do I remove them to be active users only?

Unarchiving notifications on items in the inbox
There needs to be an unarchived notification in both the inbox dashboard, as well as an easily visible one within the item. There also needs to be a toggle switch to disallow clients from unarchiving an item.
A client recently unarchived a bunch of items and made a complete disaster of QBO. I didn't know these items were unarchived so deleted them and now only have copies in QBO.
Please please please help prevent this drama for anyone else.

Easily add practice admin users to all clients
When setting up a new client and it asks which team members need access, splitting users into admin and basic sub categories so that i can select all admin users easily plus ad hoc other users that i want.

Please remove the ability for expense approvers to see all documents within Dext.
We have several approvers of expense claims but have had to remove this function for our company, when we realised that these approvers could see all invoices/ receipts from all users. This means that they can see confidential invoices such as solicitors or accountants invoices, these should be seen on a need to know basis and not by a line manager of a small team. These approvers can also see the archive so even if you process the invoices quickly, they can still go and see them.…2 votes
