Exports and Reports needed
Decided to trial Dext Prepare for 12 months with a handful of clients.
If we were to migrate the rest of our clients to you, we would need the additional functionality:Some way of exporting/sending a list of clients with a count what whats in their inbox for our own internal daily KPIs etc
Some way of exporting the supplier list showing each default account category its set, plus the other fields including whether it is set to auto-publish. This would be for our financial controller to review the supplier config settings all in one go across all clients

CSV Importing to DEXT
CSV files should be possible to allow bulk upload of items to be published on software, yes there will be no attachment, but it will allow tax verification oublishing as most softwares dont allow split tax items bulk upload

Ability to have a report for items which had errors when publishing
A Partner asked if there is a report that they can pull that shows which expenses had errors when publishing.

Add links to Images column when exporting to CSV Sage 50 Format
When exporting to a CSV i usually use 'Dext Prepare Default' so that i can see the link to the invoice. I would prefer using the Sage 50 CSV but it doesn't inlcude the link to the invoice. Can we adjust the Sage 50 CSV to include this colum?

Export user defaults list for Payment methods
Be able to export a list of all the set user defaults for payment methods to be able to see them all, if you've got lots of users, without having to click on the different pages.

Export items as CSV and PDF at the same time
What I do is search the employee's receipts for a specific timeframe, then possibly choose a client.
Then I export all those as a PDF, so that I can get copies of the receipts, just in case the client needs proof for their own records.Then I have to go back out, and filter everything again, to be able to download the exact same report, but in a CSV format. So that I can more easily create the list to add to the invoices.

Export multiple expense reports with the line items option
Be able to bulk export and still have the line items for each item on each report shown, to not have to do this one by one for each report to export the line items.

Export in Transactions should have an option to include the other columns - e.g. Match and esp Requested paperwork

Exact Online compatible file
In NL, BE (and maybe FR) many small/medium sized companies use "Exact Online" accounting software. It would be really useful to have a file format compatible with Exact Online.

Quantity and Unit Price columns to export
I would love to have the Quantity and Unit Price columns to be exported when processing invoices under the Costs category. It would save me a few hours each time a need to prepare my reports.

Show each tax in CSV download not combined
CSV downloads of the selected DEXT transactions should include separate columns for the tax paid.
In some Canadian provinces we have GST and PST but there is only one column for a combined tax. DEXT has the data, it just needs to be shown in the download report and not combined.5 votes -
