As an Accountant User working on my clients accounts I would like to be able to receive email notifications for my clients accounts so that when a document is submitted by any user in this client account Dext Prepare informs me. I would also be able to customise the email notifications I receive for my clients accounts for each client and select what type of emails I receive based on the client (document uploaded, document published, document rejected, etc.)

Notifications sent to users when they're assigned Document Owner
I would send email notifications to users when they are assigned as the Document Owner in Dext Prepare. This would then bring to their attention they have something they need to action / review in Dext.

Specific Time scheduling of email notifications
Hi,
I would like to suggest a feature where by users can determine the time at which certain notifications are received.
I always receive a 'Summary of Account Activity emails between midnight and 1am - a very inconvenient time with the alerts always disturbing my sleep. I have to leave my phone on and not muted, so I find these Dext emails particularly frustrating.
So, it would be useful if your customers could schedule the receipt of these emails. Having looked at your resources and spoken to your help colleagues I note that this feature is not currently supported.

Email Notification when subscription owner changes but Accountants are not removed
Please can accountants get notifications when a client takes over their subscription/billing. As we only get notifications if the client takes over the subscription and removes us as their accountants. This will help to know exactly when billing has been taken over. Thank you

Admin users get notified when a basic user uploads items - it would be ideal for the person who is allowed to publish items to be notified by email when someone else has uploaded a cost.

Enable all notifications to be send to one central/shared email account (as a pose to a specific user). This way all users on an account will have visibility of an actions that are required in order to process an invoice effectively. This will also be important if someone is on leave

Ability to notify the Dext Prepare user when invoices are assigned to them via email or push notification.
There's a feature we'd love to see implemented (if not already planned). This is to add the ability to notify the Dext Prepare user when invoices are assigned to them. Would be super helpful. Thanks!

Amend timing of notifications
Can you please either advise how to amend or for you to change the timing of notifications via email. I am receiving DEXT email notifications at or around midnight which is somewhat frustrating. I will be extremely happy for emails and or notifications to be scheduled during normal working hours.

Authenticator Prompt
Please don't ask for Authenticator code for at least 30 days or not at all for trusted devices recognized. Every 7 days is annoying.

Send user an email for Paperwork Requests
When requesting paperwork, please make an option to send a notification email to the user to notify them of the paperwork request. At the moment, it sends a notification to the app which is easily missed. This would be helpful but furthermore, I think its essential. Thanks!
