Bulk select items for editing and then stay selected after editing
- Ability to bulk select items
- After selecting a number of items and then bulk editing, ensure that the items stay selected after editing. Currently have to reselect all the items again to then be able to bulk publish.

Dear Dext, love your product! I had a situation where I set up a client account and immediately added one of the business's names/email address. This made that person the "owner", and caused issues when I was uploading documents, as I had a choice of owner or none. Being new to Dext I did not change the the dropdown to none b4 I realised this. I went to change the "owner" to collegue (dont know if I have the right wording here), but found I couldnt. Fully restrict users' access to the practice account
Staff doesn't need to have access to the Practice. The ability for staff to not have access to the Practice File and only be able to see the client files they have been given access to.

Remove suspended users from Advanced Search
Just hoping there is a way I can clear out the user list on the filter option. At the moment when I filter - the user list brings up all suspended users too. How do I remove them to be active users only?

Entra ID or FIDO2
2 requests please:
1. Add Azure AD (Azure Entra ID) as a SSO provider.
2. Add the ability to use FIDO2 devices. We use Yubikeys through DUO for our firm's MFA solution. I know that I can use the DUO app as one of your SSO options but the folks that use Yubikeys are dead in the water for your product.

You can now create approval workflows within Dext. We've also enhanced the experience of approvals for expense claims.
If you're an admin, go to settings to set up an approval workflows and try it out.

Bulk edit client deduplication rules
Is there a way we can change our firm settings so that all clients Dext accounts default to "Review" duplicate items rather than them being "Automatic".

Unarchiving notifications on items in the inbox
There needs to be an unarchived notification in both the inbox dashboard, as well as an easily visible one within the item. There also needs to be a toggle switch to disallow clients from unarchiving an item.
A client recently unarchived a bunch of items and made a complete disaster of QBO. I didn't know these items were unarchived so deleted them and now only have copies in QBO.
Please please please help prevent this drama for anyone else.

Have the option to restrict a colleague user from publishing items to the accounting software when they view the items within a client account. They should only be able to edit them without the option to publish.
