Option to Re-approve an expense report should there be any changes to an approved expense report
We have a case where a user was able to add additional expense item to an approved expense report in Dext. The approver did not get a notification on this change. For tighter controls, can we suggest that approver gets a notification should there be any changes to an approved expense report and has an option for re-approval?

Option to turn On/OFF the category and sub category relation in Dext and QBO
Seems that when user are apllying a Category in the Mobile app, the full name of the Category and subcategory does not show and they are not able to make difference in the subcategories. A toggle for an option to turn on and off the relation will be helpful in this case

Support Canadian taxes with Sage Accounting
I work with businesses in Canada who have to report on two taxes on purchases - GST and PST. Currently Receipt Bank isn't built to work with two taxes meaning I have to use workarounds for some items and it takes up a lot of my time.

Search/Advanced Search improvement
The Advanced Search feature should show up on the search function as soon as you go into the supplier list, not once you go into the archive view for a specific supplier. It would be nice to search ALL entries for a particular date range either by all users or a particular user. You can do it once you go into a specific supplier archive view and just remove the supplier name at the top, put in the date range, and user name but it should be easier to find than that. Bulk edit customers lists
Hi Dext,
In the customers list there is a Visible button. Please create a bulk "visible/hide" button. I would like to bulk hide customers and select only the few that I wanted visible. That would be much faster than what I just did of individually going down the long list of customers and hiding them one by one. Thanks so much! I hope this happens in the future! Top navigation buttons
There needs to be navigation buttons at the tops of the page, not just the bottom. For instance, when I'm on a report or a supplier list, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to change pages. They should be in both places for efficiency.

Have a setting/option to automatically forward copy of items submitted to the account via email in PDF format to an external email address.
I would like to forward invoices to another app that does payment process but it has to be forwarded in PDF from a known email (that I can identify) to this other app. This other app will process and pay the invoice. So I don't want to be downloading individual invoices and then manually emailing from my email account manually. Is there a way I can find out the email address my DEXT account is sending the email from? In addition to that, I need to identify the email address Dext is sending the pdf from. It has to be…

Be notified accordingly when features are added/ removed
I am at the tipping edge of finding an alternative to Dext. I don't understand how Dext thinks it's OK to add/remove features that affect their user's workflow and client feedback without informing them. It doesn't look good for my practice or Dext.

Reject a submission/request revision
As an administrator and financial controller, I need to be able to 'send back' a submission to a user, from within the interface. Right now, if someone submits an order confirmation instead of a receipt, I have to d/l the confirmation, delete it from Dext, and email the submitter asking them to correct the documentation.

Sort the Supplier list by first letter
The problem is a quick way of filtering down the list to navigate your way to all supplies that begin with a particular letter. For example H you have to scroll on every occasion an amendment is made, if you are updating the information on DEXT as the systems returns you back to A each time. This is tedious.

Dext exporting document name
When Dext exports a document to WorkflowMax, the document name defaults to Dext ref number. I suggest this should be the invoice number and supplier name so that it is easier to locate on Workflow for non Dext users.
