Running invoice totals
I think you should add a feature that shows the total amount of the invoices you have selected. For example, you "select" 3-4 invoices, at the top of the page it would show "3 Invoices, £453.23". A dyanmic toggle that would be useful when tallying up invoices to push through to match payments in Xero.
Xero have this functionality in bills to pay as a reference point.

Auto flag incoming mailbox submissions / lost/missing receipt workflow
Hi there,
We have a scenario which i think alot of business might face. Lost and missing receipts.
Staffa are required to fill out a Lost/Missing receipt form and then submit it to dext.
Were currently in the process of creating a digital form in power apps that will collect the info in microsoft teams and on submission will submit a pdf to dext via the organisations email in address, or maybe another one specifically for this purpose.
in time well have it come from the users dext email in address but at the moment theres no way to add…

Have the option to rotate individual pages for multiple-page items
Be able to rotate each page of multiple-page items so they can be shown in the correct orientation - landscape or portrait. Currently, when you rotate a page, all pages on the same page rotate in the same direction.

Option to assign reference number written in the description as the Document Reference Number instead of the Invoice Number
I want to know if there is any way to change the setting so that a different number is picked up? There’s a reference number in the description of invoices that we want to add as the reference instead of the invoice number

Better browse app navigation
It would be great if after using the "Back" button on a browser you are navigated on the exact page placement you have been before. For example, you were searching for a supplier name starting with "S" >> you move to a different page, and after clicking on the "Back" button you are navigated back to the top of the supplier list instead of the where you were previously.

Description and Project on web app
Can we please add a function where we can tag a project and description when uploading from the web app similar to how you do this via mobile app. It would eliminate the need for us to go back in and add this information once the receipt has moved from "In Processing" to "inbox"

Be able to choose the currency of the subscription charge
I think you guys are missing the point.
I have gone in and made the changes but it is already too late. The payment went through already for the whole year under the wrong currency because it is not clearly stated what currency the pricing is in. I could have done any currency, i just needed to know which currency it was. So i used the wrong card. It is a sign up issue that can be simply resolved by adding the currency designation next to the price / or an info box that says what currency is being charged.…1 vote -
Have a setting/option to automatically forward copy of items submitted to the account via email in PDF format to an external email address.
I would like to forward invoices to another app that does payment process but it has to be forwarded in PDF from a known email (that I can identify) to this other app. This other app will process and pay the invoice. So I don't want to be downloading individual invoices and then manually emailing from my email account manually. Is there a way I can find out the email address my DEXT account is sending the email from? In addition to that, I need to identify the email address Dext is sending the pdf from. It has to be…

Dext prepare stats link with flows in Precision
We have set up monthly flows using Dext Precision and it would be great if there was an automatic check with Dext prepare to show you how many items remain in Dext for processing. This would allow us to check which members of the team are staying on top of their Dext processing.
