  3. Is there a way to make the categories appear in reverse alphabetical order on the "Item Details" page? The categories with the numbers in front (1,2,3) are the most widely used and we would like those to appear first in the drop-down menu.

  5. For Bank Match to be able to determine transactions that are closest to the amount indicated in the item for invoices as a match too. Because some suppliers charge a transaction fee hence, the amount in the invoice versus the credit card transaction usually do not match. There are hundreds of transactions that need to be updated manually to match them.

  10. Are you able to add a feature where we can search for a job reference. We collect materials from many different suppliers we keep one job reference between all the Suppliers assigned to the job we would then ideally be able to just search a job reference and have all the receipts/invoices we need Which are assigned to the current job

  14. the ability to customize screensize beyond current parameters. Would like to have data entry area smaller so that the document is more easily visible without so many additional clicks to enlarge or make full screen. It all takes of my time.

  16. Make supplier rules and option changes affect items already uploaded or in the 'Ready' section, not just for new uploads.

    It becomes quite annoying when you only realise some settings need to be changed after documents have been uploaded, only for those updated settings to not affect the items already in the inbox.

    Auto-Categorisation forces items into the 'Ready' section without all the information needed, and then when a supplier rule is set, it wont affect the items already put through, despite the 'apply to all items in inbox' option being ticked
