Edit the layout of the columns in the Workspaces.

Export items as CSV and PDF at the same time
What I do is search the employee's receipts for a specific timeframe, then possibly choose a client.
Then I export all those as a PDF, so that I can get copies of the receipts, just in case the client needs proof for their own records.Then I have to go back out, and filter everything again, to be able to download the exact same report, but in a CSV format. So that I can more easily create the list to add to the invoices.

Have the option to get a summary of all item history within the account into one report that is downloadable.

I thought I would highlight we have the submission history page. In the left hand menu, if you navigate to My profile, and you will see submission history in the expanded menu.
We are looking at improving this, and adding functionality so will leave this ticket under review. Please do provide any further feedback in the meantime.

Hi, after using Dext for a while I think it is a great app but there should be a separate tab for misalliance documents such as supplier statements, contracts, delivery notes, proforma invoices. Archive should only be only for invoices.

User rule for "Publish as"
Have the option to set a User rule so that when a user submits and item the "Publish as" field is set to a certain setting (Draft, Awaiting Approval, Paid). Instead of having an account-wide rules only.

A away within Dext to request that the client reconnects their bankfeed on Xero

Sales and Cost Option when Two Integrations
Right now you have a default integration for Sales and Costs, and an option for Expense Reports. Be great to add a third option so you can default integration for :
- Sales
- Costs
- Expense Reports

Separate the Costs/Sales tax rates in the drop-down menu
It would be good if you only showed the vat rates for purchase on the costs tab and only vat rated for sales on the sales tab. This would make it easier when processing instead of accidentally clicking the correct one and preventing it going through to xero.

description box under utilised
the description box is always manually entered when checking the invoices that have been uploaded to dext
the description box should contain details of what the billing period is or what expenses have been bought as otherwise without this detail how can the expense be allocated to the correct account in the purchases/ expenses ledger within the accounts? if this box is not manually filled at the time of checking then at the accounts stage the invoice will have to be located, opened and then it can be allocated to the correct place. the person finalising the accounts should not…1 vote -
