  1. It would be incredibly useful if it was possible for me to apply the supplier rules for one client across a number of other clients for any matching suppliers and categories.

    This would make it easy to apply automation across the large franchise groups I work with who share the same suppliers and chart of accounts

    Another way to achieve this for my example is to have "default clients" with "default supplier rules" that could be duplicated when creating a new client.

  4. I’m using Receipt-bank with the Quickbooks integration. Sometimes, when I pay a bill with a check, I publish it in the « check » category of Quickbooks. I would like to know if there is a way to fill the « check number / reference » field that is present in Quickbooks directly in receipt-bank (in the app if it’s possible). Because for now, I haven’t found it, and I need to open the bill a second time in Quickbooks just to enter this number, and it takes time

    Currently, the workflow is an item's Receipt Bank ID number (RB9110907204)…

  5. I would like to send both positive and negative line items to my integration.

    When published to the integration - the negative line item is published with positive amount and is added to the total amount - so the totals between RB & the integration don't match.

  7. It would be really key for us if we could select the order in which item images are displayed after merging them. This would ensure we can have page 1 before page 2 before page 3, or a receipt following an invoice etc

  9. We've got access to Boost mode and we love it. We have a couple of clients who do their own bookkeeping and we'd love to be able to give them Boost too for when the clients internal bk goes to site and has some paperwork to upload

  11. It would be fantastic if you can set up the mobile app to require certain details such as Account, Memo, and Client before it allows submitting receipts.
    I would like to make certain fields manadatory when employees are reconciling their cc purchases. For example. I would like the job and client field to be mandatory to be filled in.

  15. Previously, when we searched for items in the Inbox and simply clicked on Archive, the same search results appeared, which helped us to easily locate items within both sections.

    However, with the new view, when searching through the new Inbox/Archive view the filtered items appear in a tab 'Search Results' which, however, doesn't indicate whether the item is in the Inbox (not published) or in the Archive (published). If we switch to another sub-section under Inbox (as Archive is now a sub-section of Inbox) the search results are cancelled, thus we need to enter them separately in each section which…

  17. Can expense approvers see all receipts in RB? Or they can only see all expense reports that have been generated? Is it possible to limit approvers to see reports that are for them to approve rather than all others' reports?
