  1. Use AI to read the description of a receipt. For example we may get our IT services each month from our providers but if we buy a new computer Dext should pick this up and post to fixed assets.

  3. I think you should add a feature that shows the total amount of the invoices you have selected. For example, you "select" 3-4 invoices, at the top of the page it would show "3 Invoices, £453.23". A dyanmic toggle that would be useful when tallying up invoices to push through to match payments in Xero.

    Xero have this functionality in bills to pay as a reference point.

  5. Please could we add the Purchase Order field on the costs inbox page. I have to manually key in the information in the the Doc Ref in order that I can search for it. Which is pretty time consuming. Many Thanks

  6. When travelling, staff have per diem costs - these don't have receipts and are fixed costs per meal or day. They don't need to provide receipts for these. Would be great to be able to add these costs to an employee's expense report as currently we have to add them later in Xero and they are easily missed.

  7. Allow the End User to determine whether a duplicate expense entry is correct or not. With the current set up, the End User is unable to get similar looking expenses into the system and it's quite frustrating needing to wait for the Admin to review and approve. First they must notify the Admin that they are having this issue, then the Admin needs to approve the duplicate item, at which point the End User needs to return to the app to complete the data entry. This process is extremely inefficient.

  9. To allow more than 11 Characters on the document reference number or invoice number field for QuickBooks Desktop Integrated Accounts. Currently, there's a limit of 11 characters (QuickBooks Desktop allows a max of 11 characters).

  10. Hi. I urgently need this implemented as it i an almost weekly occurance now. It is costing me time..lots of time!!

    I would like for the invoices to be checked for doubles AFTER you change the supplier. I have alot of extraction errors on the supplier and have paid multiple invoices twice as it only checks for duplicate invoices on the initial supplier. it seems like something that should be included already, but apparently not. Can you also give us the ability to delete suppliers. (again due to incorrect extractions. even if they are archived in XERO i can not…

  11. Custom export settings. I would like to export all my receipt PDFs with individual names, dates, and dollar amounts ie. " 2023-05-11 McDonalds $25.00 " using the date it has gathered from scanning instead of having a default export name as "company - export date"

  16. Be able to select how files are named for backup. Ex. right now its supplier/customer-itemID#.filetype
    I would like to select a default for what info is included in the file name. My suggestion is to include the option to select name file: document reference #, invoice date, and the supplier name + item ID (as mandatory) Ex. supplier/customer-DOCUMENTREFERENCE#-itemID#.filetype

I would like to forward invoices to another app that does payment process but it has to be forwarded in PDF from a known email (that I can identify) to this other app. This other app will process and pay the invoice. So I don't want to be downloading individual invoices and then manually emailing from my email account manually.   18. Lock date to prevent item being published before lock date. It will help to keep accounting data unchanged one year-end is finished. It will stop publishing items in the pervious year once the year-end of the previous year has been completed.

  19. Hi, we currently have a Dext subscription that we use for staff expense claims, and we've set up specific users for approval. However, all expenses for approval are currently being routed to one inbox (expense list). Is there a way to configure this so that each approval user has their own individual inbox, ensuring that only expenses assigned to them are visible for approval?

Being able to to adjust vat boxes in line entry would make life easier and quicker as I have a supplier who seems to round up whilst dext rounds down making invoices 1p out on many occasion - sometimes dext wont publish it at all till its correct and sometimes it will publish but changes the figures about to allocate it where it thinks best - either way I have to double up on the work and do manual change in Sage 50
