Example of how it can be very helpful:
1. Employer could analyze the activity of the employees by seeing how many items were edited/ published/ archived by each employee during different periods of time.
2. Employees could use that feature to easily find required items. Automatically expand notes box as more information is entered
'Note' text box should automatically expand downwards if the contents go beyond the default 2 lines.
Currently, if you type more than 2 lines, you can only view the information below if you manually expand the text box, or scroll down.
Often it is not clear if there is more information below the 2 first lines, especially if listing things on separate lines.1 vote -
Default Duplicate Settings
The default duplicate setting can be changed from "Automatic" to "Review" as the "Automatic" mode results in items getting deleted and users getting confused as to where their items have gone, thusly contacting us to find the missing items and explain why they got deleted. Additionally, this can result in non-duplicate items being deleted since the criteria are met, even though the items in question are different.
Most of the users and accountants prefer to be notified of potential duplicates before they get removed so they can review them and then decide what to do with any duplicates.

Cost Centres
Cost centres: when a company is integrated with Xero all the tracking categories are imported and you can chose them when posting invoice but when client is not integrated with any software the only option is Projects. We have clients with more cost centres like departments, country, employee. We need to have the option to create more cost centres please

Supplier statement reconciliation
Can you please build the functionality for us to reconcile supplier statements against their invoices for the month. This is key for us in managing our supplier payments.
It would be useful to have:
1) A place to store Supplier Statements
2) The ability to check whether there's an invoice on file for each line on the statement
