Change layout of line items
Change the layout of the line items on the item details page so users can see all the information clearly. Currently, some details are shortened or even hidden such as the VAT rates which clients cannot select the bottom one as it is hidden - scrolling or typing the needed rate does not help and the last one always remains hidden and cannot be seen

Simultaneous Advanced search for Inbox & Archive
Can you please make it so that when you use Advanced search there's an option to search both the Inbox & Archive? This would make it so much easier to find items within accounts

Sorting the Archive by the Status column and adding the Publish date as a search option
I would like to request to have an option to sort archived items by published dates or an option in filter to display published items only with published date range parameter. I would like to be able to see this in a CSV too.

Using the Tab key to navigate through fields
In both the item view & edit line items tool could you please enable "Tab" from a field with a drop down. The current method requires me to arrow down to select the choice then to "enter" to lock it in and move to the next field. I expect to be able to Tab to lock in the selection and move to the next field. Also a way to pre fill a partially typed choice (say I type "oth" and the only found category is "Other" ... I'd like to see that one in my field selector and then only…

Have the option to filter items in the Inbox and Archive by submission date. At the moment we can only sort by document date.

Set up Vendors/Customers details directly in Dext
Be able to add new customer/vendor data (address, phone, email) directly in Dext as we are processing the payments. And then have that information passed over to the accounting software profile setup (QBO, Xero, etc)

Option to hide irrelevant fields
Option to hide fields that aren’t used by the client - eg. none of our clients use Customer or Product/Service fields. I’d prefer to be able to switch them off rather than say “just ignore those”

Save Filtered Searches to be Re-used over and over
I'd like to be able to, for example, create a filter for all my invoices/receipts from 2020 and then save that filter to click on whenever I need it. And then be able to create another filtered search of all my receipts in 2020 that were for one particular expense. And then save it and have it available at the click of a button/link. Rather than having to recreate the search criteria every time I want to search for the same groups of receipts.

Search through the new Inbox/Archive view
Previously, when we searched for items in the Inbox and simply clicked on Archive, the same search results appeared, which helped us to easily locate items within both sections.
However, with the new view, when searching through the new Inbox/Archive view the filtered items appear in a tab 'Search Results' which, however, doesn't indicate whether the item is in the Inbox (not published) or in the Archive (published). If we switch to another sub-section under Inbox (as Archive is now a sub-section of Inbox) the search results are cancelled, thus we need to enter them separately in each section which…
